What We Look For
Passion for person-centred care and inclusion
Relevant qualifications or willingness to train
Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
Experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or community services (preferred)
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid Certificate, and relevant clearances (or ability to obtain)
